WCSP will only accept exchanges for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase (no refunds). Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Service via telephone or e-mail email@example.com.
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. With your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice/receipt and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged. WCSP reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, WCSP will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). WCSP recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. WCSP is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.
If your order was received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 7 business days upon receiving. WCSP will gladly e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send back your item(s). Once the return has been processed, the proper item(s) will be reshipped and tracking will be provided via e-mail.
